  • Lead, manage and maintain the volunteering platform and ambassador program.
  • Develop concept notes for new initiatives.
  • Identify needs and design programs, as required, to address them.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Select, coordinate, and train ambassadors effectively.
  • Lead and coordinate the volunteering subcommittee.
  • Represent at YP meetings and report to the YP committee.

Enabling volunteering across IEEE societies through enhancements of the volunteer.ieee.org platform.

  • Ensure volunteering opportunities on the platform are up-to-date and relevant.
  • Identify, report, and document platform limitations.
  • Propose and suggest enhancements to improve the platform.
  • Support requirements gathering for platform improvements.
  • Participate in discussions and coordinate with the IEEE IT team.
  • Analyse user growth and usage patterns on the platform.
  • Develop strategies to increase adoption and usage of the platform.
  • Collaborate closely with the Lead for the Ambassador Program.
